China's Home Inns files to sell 1.5 mln ADSs

WASHINGTON, April 18 (Reuters) - China's Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc. (HMIN.O) said on Wednesday it plans to sell about 1.5 million American depositary shares.

In an offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said selling shareholders plan to issue another 871,845 ADSs.

The underwriters -- Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch & Co. and CIBC World Markets -- will have the option to buy another 352,500 shares to cover over-allotments.

Each ADS represents two common shares.
