U.S. WCoast Products-Fuels flat on report

 HOUSTON, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Gasoline premiums were unchanged
as a U.S. government report showed a drop in regional inventories,
traders said on Wednesday.
 Los Angeles ethanol-blend, unleaded CARBOB gasoline for
November finshed unchanged at 4 cents over December RBOB, which
gained 0.65 cent to $2.0114 a gallon. [RBZ9]
 The U.S. Energy Information Administration said gasoline
inventories fell 400,000 barrels last week to 29.6 million
barrels.
 Los Angeles CARBOB for December sold at 1.5 cents over January
NYMEX RBOB, which gained 0.76 cent to $2.046 a gallon. [RBF0]
 San Francisco November CARBOB was priced between 4 cents and 6
cents under Los Angeles counterpart.
 December L.A. CARB diesel was in a bid-offer spread at 2 cents
under/2 cents over January NYMEX heating oil.
 Jet fuel in Los Angeles gained 2.5 cents in trades at 7 cents
and 8.5 cents over NYMEX heating oil.
 In the Portland, Oregon, market, unleaded gasoline sold as
high as 4.75 cents over NYMEX RBOB, up 0.25 cent. Diesel was
offered 1.5 cents higher at 4 cents over NYMEX heating oil.
