China's AirMedia files with US SEC for $100 mln IPO

WASHINGTON, Oct 19 (Reuters) - China's AirMedia Group Inc filed with U.S. regulators on Friday to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering of its American depositary shares.

The digital media network operator said in a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, CIBC World Markets and Susquehanna Financial Group LLLP are underwriting the IPO.

It plans to list its ADSs on the Nasdaq under the symbol "AMCN" (AMCN.O).
