NEW YORK, Aug 20 (Reuters) -Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc (BUD.N), the No. 1 U.S. brewer, said on Monday it reached an agreement to distribute and market BORBA beverages worldwide.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The maker of Budweiser and Bud Light said the agreement included BORBA's "Skin Balance Waters" such as its Clarifying, Age Defying, Firming and Replenishing varieties, as well as Aqua-Less Crystallines, a powder form of the drinkable skin care line.

Anheuser said its wholesalers will begin distributing the beverages in select markets in November 2007.

The BORBA line is sold at retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, and Equinox Gyms and some items are also sold through television and Internet retailer QVC.

Anheuser has sought to diversity its beverage offerings through distribution deals with InBev INTB.BR, Grolsch GROLc.AS and Hansen Natural Corp (HANS.O).
