Chavez wins 17 of 20 Venezuela state elections

CARACAS, Nov 24 (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's left-wing party won in 17 of 20 state election races on Sunday, the electoral body said, but his candidates lost in the key states of Miranda and Zulia as well as in the capital Caracas.
