Target recalls toy gardening tools, chairs

NEW YORK, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Target Corp (TGT.N) is voluntarily recalling 350,000 units of children's toy gardening tools and chairs made in China because the surface paint contained excessive amounts of lead, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Wednesday.

The recall includes Happy Giddy Gardening Tools and Sunny Patch Children's Chairs sold at Target stores across the United States from August 2006 through August 2007, at prices between $3 and $10, according to the CPSC.
