Intcomex files with U.S. SEC for $125 mln IPO
WASHINGTON, July 27 (Reuters) - Intcomex, which provides computer components, peripherals, software and other electronics, said on Friday it is planning initial public offering of as much as $125 million in common stock.
Citi, UBS Investment Bank and Banc of America Securities LLC will underwrite the IPO, according to a preliminary offering document filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Miami-based company is seeking a Nasdaq listing under the symbol "ICMX."
