The House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform said on Wednesday that the hearing was postponed from this week to next to accommodate witnesses.

Mortgage lender Countrywide Financial Corp's CFC.N CEO Angelo Mozilo is slated to testify, along with two former Wall Street bank CEOs -- Charles Prince of Citigroup (C.N) and Stanley O'Neal of Merrill Lynch & Co Inc MER.N.

The compensation committee chairmen of all three companies are also expected to appear before the committee, which is chaired by California Democratic Rep. Henry Waxman. (Reporting by Kevin Drawbaugh, editing by Leslie Gevirtz)
