Calpers CEO is resigning - WSJ.com

NEW YORK, April 28 (Reuters) - The chief executive officer of the California Public Employees' Retirement System is resigning, according The Wall Street Journal web site.

Fred Buenrostro said in a statement late on Monday he would step down to pursue private sector opportunities, the newspaper said. (Editing by Carol Bishopric)
