LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - "America's Got Talent" returned to the top spot among TV shows last week, a week after being dethroned by Major League Baseball's All-Star game.

Television

According to Nielsen Media Research, the NBC talent show averaged 13.2 million viewers last Tuesday, up 443,000 viewers from the week before.

ABC's obstacle-course competition series "Wipeout" followed with 10 million viewers, an increase of 1.3 million.

"Wipeout" has been a bright spot for ABC -- and among original programming in general this summer -- while many time periods continue to be ruled by comedy and drama repeats.

Indeed, ABC's new game show "Wanna Bet" and its "High School Musical" reality show spinoff "Get in the Picture" stumbled out of the gate last week, each pulling in just 3.1 million viewers.

A rerun of CBS' "Two and a Half Men" was No. 3 last week with 9.8 million, a boost of 1.4 million. The network swapped its two summer originals, Friday's "Flashpoint" and Thursday's "Swingtown," but both lost ground. "Flashpoint" averaged 6.7 million, down 420,000; "Swingtown" averaged 4.2 million, off 1.1 million.

Still, CBS won the week, with five reruns in the top 10. It averaged 6.1 million viewers, ahead of Fox with 5.5 million, NBC with 5.4 million, and ABC with 4.3 million. Fox led among adults 18-49, helped by dual editions of "So You Think You Can Dance" and repeats of its Sunday cartoons.
