TORONTO (Hollywood Reporter) - U.S. video-on-demand webcaster ReelTime.com has struck an agreement with Nelvana for the video-on-demand rights to a selection of the Canadian cartoon producer's catalog programming.

The deal is the latest for Nelvana as it continues to find new online venues by which to sell its product direct to consumers, said Doug Murphy, president of Nelvana Enterprises, the cartoon producer's distribution arm.

The latest agreement will see ReelTime.com acquire Nelvana titles including "Jacob Two-Two," "Rupert," "My Dad the Rock Star" and "Flying Rhino Junior High," and market them to consumers via a monthly subscription model.

Nelvana earlier in January announced that about 650 library episodes will be available to consumers via the U.K.-based Coolroom download store.

Toronto-based Nelvana began selling its content over the Internet in 2006 when it launched TreehouseDirect as a digital download site.
