UPDATE 1-Mexico posts 50.3 bln peso fiscal surplus in Oct

MEXICO CITY, Nov 30 (Reuters) - Mexico posted a fiscal surplus MXPUFI=ECI of 50.3 billion pesos in October, the government said on Friday.

Budgeted income rose 24.9 percent over the year-ago period, helped by a rise in income tax and oil export revenues.

Spending in October was up 11.7 percent, with pension, education and social development costs all up.

In September, Mexico posted a fiscal surplus of 11.467 billion pesos. (Reporting by Catherine Bremer)
