Yellen says Fed should keep an eye on asset prices

PHOENIX, Nov 10 (Reuters) - The Federal Reserve should monitor asset prices as one of many factors affecting overall economic stability, a top central bank official said.

"We should be monitoring asset prices for signs of bubbles," San Francisco Fed president Janet Yellen told reporters after a speech. "My views on that have changed because of the crisis."
