BRUSSELS, Dec 3 (Reuters) - The following are proposed mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures under review by the European Commission, and a brief guide to the EU merger process:

APPROVALS AND WITHDRAWALS:

-- French diversified group Kuehne & Nagel Sarl (KNIN.VX) to buy Alloin Holding SAS, a French transport services and freight forwarding firm (approved Dec. 3)

NEW LISTINGS:

German airline Lufthansa AG (LHAG.DE) to acquire Belgian air transport company SN Airholding SA/NV, which controls Brussels Airlines (notified Nov. 26/deadline Jan. 12)

-- Iberdrola Renovables SA (IBR.MC), a renewable electricity arm of Spanish utility Iberdrola (IBE.MC), to acquire Gamesa Group's (GAM.MC) wind farm developer Gamesa Energia SAU (notified Oct. 30/deadline Dec. 4)

DEC 5

-- French services firm Sodexho SA (EXHO.PA) to buy Zehnacker Group GmbH, a German provider of facility management services (notified Oct. 31/deadline Dec. 5/simplified)

-- France Societe Generale (SOGN.PA), through online retail banking and brokerage affiliate Boursorama SA (FMTX.PA), form a JV with Spanish retail and savings bank La Caixa (CRIT.MC) to provide online banking services in Spain (notified Oct. 31/deadline Dec. 5/simplified)

-- Austrian mortgage lender RBSK Group, through its subsidiary Raiffeisen Bausparkasse GmbH [RBGES.UL]; German banking and insurance firm DZ Bank (DGBGg.F), through its Bausparkasse Schwaebisch Hall AG arm; and Raiffeisen Bank SA of Romania, a subsidiary of Austrian investment and commercial bank RZB (RIBH.VI), to take joint control of Romanian mortgage lender HVB Banca pentru Locuinte SA (notified Oct. 10/deadline Dec. 5/simplified)
