Finmeccanica-DRS deal includes $90 mln breakup fee

LONDON, May 13 (Reuters) - A break-up fee of $90 million is included in Finmeccanica's (SIFI.MI) deal to buy U.S. defence technology firm DRS Technologies DRS.N, an executive from the Italian defence and aerospace company told analysts on Tuesday.

EADS' (EAD.PA) North American chief last week said it was seriously examining bidding for DRS, which is considered an attractive mid-tier player in the U.S. defence market.
