Ericsson wins expansion contract from Sunrise

STOCKHOLM, May 16 (Reuters) - Telecom equipment maker Ericsson (ERICb.ST) said on Friday it had signed a deal to expand the WCDMA/HSPA network of Sunrise, Switzerland's second biggest telecom provider. The financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Ericsson said in a statement that it would be the key supplier of radio access network gear to Sunrise, increasing the operator's network capacity and speed across the country.
