Korea Hot Stocks-Hyundai Mipo rises

SEOUL, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Stocks on the move on Thursday include:

As of 0316 GMT, the main KOSPI was unchanged at 1,720.89 points, with a recent rally fading as investors remained wary of further damage from the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis and a possible recession in South Korea's No.2 export market.

The index opened 0.3 percent higher at 1,726.08 points.

**HYUNDAI MIPO GAINS AFTER CITIGROUP NOTE**

Shares in Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Co Ltd (010620.KS), the South Korean shipbuilder, climbed 3.09 percent to 267,000 won after Citigroup issued a note with a "buy" rating for the stock.

Citigroup said better-than-expected orders for Hyundai Mipo could be explained by its fast improving productivity.
