Seoul shares higher on Hyundai Mobis, brokerages

SEOUL, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Seoul shares got off to a strong start on Friday, with car parts maker Hyundai Mobis (012330.KS) and brokerage issues rebounding in a positive reaction to the broad-based rally in U.S. stocks on robust economic data.

Cyclical Consumer Goods

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index was 1.50 percent higher at 1,575.49 points by 0004 GMT.

Shares in Hyundai Mobis rose 3.3 percent to 158,000 won and its affiliate Hyundai Motor (005380.KS) gained almost 2 percent.
