S.Korea GS E&C wins $3.1 bln UAE refinery project

SEOUL, Nov 5 (Reuters) - South Korean builder GS Engineering & Construction (006360.KS) said on Thursday it had received a letter of award for a $3.1 billion refinery expansion project in the United Arab Emirates.
