Hyundai Asan will suspend South Korean tours to Kaesong in North Korea from Nov 29, following North Korea's notification to shut down trips by South Koreans to Kaesong from Dec 1.

South Korea has decided to freeze its national health insurance fee for next year, which is the first time since the health care scheme was introduced in 1977.
