Bosch, Samsung SDI to form hybrid car battery JV

SEOUL, June 16 (Reuters) - Robert Bosch [ROBG.UL] and Samsung SDI (006400.KS) will form a 50:50 joint venture in South Korea in Septmber to produce hybrid electric vehicle batteries, Samsung said on Monday.

The venture's name is SB LiMotive, Samsung said in a statement.
