DBS says did not subscribe to TMB rights shares

SINGAPORE, Dec 24 (Reuters) - DBS Group (DBSM.SI), Southeast Asia's largest bank, said on Monday it did not subscribe to rights shares offered by Thailand's TMB Bank TMB.BK as part of the latter's recapitalisation exercise.
