Singapore's Ho Bee gets Sentosa site for $769 mln

SINGAPORE, Jan 9 (Reuters) - Ho Bee Investment (HBEE.SI) said on Wednesday that together with joint venture partner IOI Properties IOIP.KL it has won a tender for a condominium site on Singapore's Sentosa island for S$1.1 billion ($768.7 million).

The 99-year leasehold site has a total area of 231,676 square feet and is designated for a 357-unit condominium development with a maximum height limit of 20 storeys.
