Singapore stocks hit 2-year low after Wall St drop

SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Singapore's Straits Times Index .FTSTI fell 1.4 percent on Tuesday to a two-year low after U.S. stocks fell sharply on renewed credit concerns, pushing down stocks across the board.

Hot Stocks

By 0102 GMT, the index stood at 2,694.86 points. Top lender DBS Group (DBSM.SI) was down 1 percent and bourse operator Singapore Exchange (SGXL.SI) fell nearly 2 percent.
