Singapore's CapitaLand sells China property for $352 mln
SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Southeast Asia's largest property developer CapitaLand (CATL.SI) said it has sold a property in China for $352 million.
The sale of the Capital Tower Beijing, which comprises two office towers with a gross floor area of 107,627 square metre, will yield a gain of S$163 million ($113.9 million), CapitaLand said.
