RBC Capital Mkts downgrades Outperform to Sector Perform. Target $42 to $34. RBC downgrades VRNT to Sector Perform from Outperform and cuts their tgt to $34 from $42 saying they expect shares to be range bound until the co digests Witness. The firm says it will likely take till autumn until they see clear evidence of that. They say given the scale and product overlap, Verint and Witness may see some integration friction near term.
