SHANGHAI, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Industrial Bank (601166.SS) will issue up to 15 billion yuan ($2.2 billion) of three- and five-year bonds in the domestic interbank market on Thursday to bolster its capital base, the bank said on Tuesday.

It plans to sell 5 billion yuan of three-year fixed-rate bonds, 6 billion yuan of three-year floating rate bonds and 4 billion yuan of five-year floaters.

The bonds will be priced after consultations between the issuer and underwriters CITIC Securities (600030.SS) and Industrial Securities. Yields on the floaters will be based on the central bank's fixed one-year deposit rate. ($1 = 6.85 yuan) (Reporting by Andrew Torchia; Editing by Louise Heavens)
