Feb 15 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2130 GMT on Thursday.

** Chemicals maker Huntsman Corp. (HUN.N) will sell its U.S. base chemicals and polymers business to Koch Industries Inc.'s Flint Hills Resources for about $761 million.

** A 2.37 percent stake in power firm Union Fenosa UNF.MC owned by Martinsa was sold to institutional investors at 39.90 euros per share. The sale is worth 287 million euros ($377 million) for Martinsa, a property company owned by businessman Fernando Martin, a former president of Real Madrid football club. [nL15704632]

** Walgreen Co. (WAG.N), the largest U.S. drugstore chain, said it plans to buy 53 pharmacies among other assets from Familymeds Group Inc. (FMRX.PK), for about $60 million. [nN15261021]

** GE Energy Financial Services (GE.N) agreed to take a stake of up to 22 percent in Theolia (TEO.PA), causing a big jump in the shares of the French windfarm firm. In an assets-for-equity swap, Theolia said it will acquire GE Energy Financial Services' European wind farms, which have total power generation capacity of 165 megawatts. [nL15771946]

** India's Endurance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has bought aluminium die casting firms Nuova Renopress in Italy and Amann Druckguss in Germany. Endurance also bought a stake in another components maker, Paioli Meccanica, with whom it has a technical collaboration. [nBOM293255]

** Genetic analysis system maker Cepheid Inc. (CPHD.O) has bought Sangtec Molecular Diagnostics from Altana (ALTG.DE) for about $27 million in cash. [nBNG277421]

** Taiwan's Quanta Computer Inc. (2382.TW), the world's largest contract notebook PC maker, and group members have bought a 5.2 percent stake in a local chip design firm for T$375.8 million ($11.4 million). [nTP98535]

** Britain's UCM Group Plc UCM.L, which makes fused materials like zirconia and magnesia, has agreed to a takeover from Imerys UK which values the company at around 20.3 million pounds ($39.6 million).

** Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (JAIR.BO) has bought U.S.-based designer and maker of drip-irrigation systems Aquarius Brands Inc. for $21.5 million in an all-cash deal. [nBOM268688]

** NexCen Brands Inc. NEXC.O, a brand acquisition and management company, has agreed to buy ice-cream chains MaggieMoo's International LLC and Marble Slab Creamery Inc., for a total of $37.1 million. [nWEN4330]

** New Zealand's state-owned Kiwibank Ltd. said it would acquire the AMP-originated residential mortgage book of HSBC Ltd. (0005.HK) and provide mortgage finance to AMP customers. [nWEL277169]
