Dec 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 2100 GMT on Friday.

** China Construction Bank (601939.SS) and Bank of America (BAC.N) have set up a $615 million financial leasing venture, among the first major Sino-foreign ventures to start up formally in the nascent sector.

** Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc (BRKa.N) (BRKb.N), in its second acquisition this week, agreed to buy the NRG NV reinsurance unit of ING Group NV (ING.AS) (ING.N) for about 300 million euros ($441 million). [nL28277049]

** Morgan Stanley (MS.N) has paid $217 million for a 10 percent stake in Petrovietnam Finance Corp (PVFC), the financial arm of Vietnam's state oil firm said, ahead of an expected stock market listing early next year. [nHAN342664]

** Malaysia's top lender, Malayan Banking Bhd (MBBM.KL), will consider selling a stake in its Islamic bank, a unit whose financing and deposit businesses are forecast to grow 15 percent in its financial year ending June, its chief said. [nKLR186288]

** Spanish services-to-buildling firm ACS (ACS.MC) said it had bought New Jersey, United States-based construction firm Schiavone Construction Co for $150 million, another push to diversify out of Spain where a construction boom is waning. [nL28479809]

** Banco Sabadell (SABE.MC) said it had agreed to buy a Miami-based private banking arm from fellow Spanish bank BBVA (BBVA.MC) for up to $70 million. [nL28274835]

** UBS Global Asset Management (UBSN.VX) said it had called off its acquisition of Standard Chartered Bank's (STAN.L) mutual funds management business in India after the sale and purchase agreement expired. [nL28300937]

** Shoe and hat retailer Genesco Inc (GCO.N) said a Tennessee court has ordered The Finish Line Inc (FINL.O) to complete its acquisition of the company for $54.50 a share, or $1.5 billion, sending Genesco shares up as much as 16 percent. [nN28460724]

** Dutch brewer Heineken NV (HEIN.AS) expanded into the fast-growing Belarus beer market by buying the Syabar Brewing Company to help compensate for sluggish growth in more mature western beer markets. [nL28259450]

** Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd (CATE.BO) board approved acquisition of Bangalore-based Q-Soft Systems & Solutions Pvt Ltd. [nBOM291722]

** Slovenia's largest gasoline retailer Petrol (PETG.LJ) and Russian oil giant Lukoil (LKOH.MM) cancelled plans for a joint venture which has been under negotiation since August last year. [nL28555712]
