SINGAPORE, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp (VLO.N) said on Friday it would shut down a complex at the west plant of its refinery in Corpus Christi, Texas, for maintenance, according to a filing with state environmental regulators.

The work will run from Oct. 23 through Oct. 30, it said in notices with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

The company will "complete maintenance as quickly as possible and route streams to authorized control devices," it added. (Reporting by Judy Hua; Editing by Clarence Fernandez)
