 SINGAPORE, May 21 (Reuters) - The benchmark Straits Times
Index .FTSTI fell 0.5 percent as of 0216 GMT on Thursday.
 The following stock was on the move:
 ** EZRA HOLDINGS (EZRA.SI) FALLS AFTER SHARE PLACEMENT **
 Shares of Singapore oil services company Ezra Holdings fell
as much as 7 percent to S$1.20 after the firm said it plans to
raise $92 million through a placement of 78 million shares at
