June 9 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 1951 GMT on Monday.

** Willis Group Holdings (WSH.N), the No. 3 global insurance broker, said on Monday it sees its $1.7 billion deal for a rival broker boosting growth, especially in the United States.To read more, please double click on [ID:nN09468433]
** Diversified U.S. manufacturer Honeywell International (HON.N) said that it would sell its consumables solutions business to B/E Aerospace (BEAV.O) for $1.05 billion in a cash-and-stock deal that would expand its direct sales and product support organization. ** Medical diagnostics company Hologic Inc (HOLX.O) said on Monday it would buy Third Wave Technologies Inc TWTI.O for $580 million to expand its range of tests to detect women's health conditions.[nBNG62508]
