NEW YORK, Sept 4 (Reuters) - ExxonMobil Chemical, a unit of Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N), said on Tuesday that it would build a second steam cracker complex in Singapore, located and integrated with its existing Singapore site.

The new petrochemical project will include a 1 million tonne-per-year ethylene steam cracker, as well as several other units and a 200 megawatt power cogeneration plant.

Project start-up is expected in early 2011, the company said.
