 SYDNEY, May 3 (Reuters) - Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC.N), the
No. 5 U.S. bank and No.2 mortgage lender, has priced A$500
million ($413 million) of five-year floating rate notes, a
market source said on Thursday.
 The issue priced at 18 basis points over three-month BBSW.
 Joint leads were Citigroup and nabCapital.
 Wells Fargo & Co. is rated AA+ by S&P and Aa1 by Moody's.
 The deal details are as follows:

 Maturity:       May 10, 2012
 Set date:       May 10
 Coupon:         18 bps/3-month BBSW
 Yield:          18 bps/3-month BBSW
