France's Total unit sells A$150 mln 3-year euronote

 SYDNEY, May 15 (Reuters) - A unit of French oil major Total
(TOTF.PA) has sold A$150 million ($140 million) of three-year
euronotes at 11 basis points over BBSW, sold lead RBC Capital
Markets said on Thursday.
 The deal details are as follows:

  Facility:       Fixed rate euronotes

  Amount issued:  A$150 mln
  Maturity:       May 27 2011
  Set date:       May 27
  Coupon:         7.50% per year
  Yield:          7.60%
  Margin:         +11 bps over BBSW or
                  +124 bps over ACGB June 2011
