Inter American Development adds NZ$200 mln to bond

 SYDNEY, Jan 25 (Reuters) - The Inter-American Development
Bank (IADB) [IADB.UL] has launched and priced a NZ$200 million
($154 million) increase to a Kauri bond issue due in 2015, a
joint lead said on Friday.
 The margin was not disclosed.
 The bonds were sold to a handful of investors.
  The deal details are as follows:
  Issuer:         Inter-American Development Bank (IADB)
  Facility:       Domestic fixed rate Kangaroo bond increase
  Amount:         NZ$200 million
  Total on issue: NZ$300 million
  Maturity:       April 15, 2015
  Set date:       Jan. 31
  Coupon:         7.50%
  Yield:          7.43%
  Spread:         undisclosed
  Gross price:    102.581707
  Lead(s):        Bank of New Zealand, TD Securities
  Issuer rating:  triple A by all major agencies
