UPDATE 2-Citigroup prices A$1.55 bln 5-yr and 10-yr bonds

SYDNEY, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Citigroup Inc. (C.N) has priced its largest Kangaroo issue to date with a A$1.55 billion ($1.2 billion) senior bond issue, the U.S. bank, which is also the sole book runner for the deal, said on Friday.

The deal details are as follows:

1) 5-year fixed rate

Issuer: Citigroup Inc.

Facility: Domestic fixed rate Kangaroo notes

Amount: A$350 million

Maturity: Feb. 13, 2012

Set date: Feb. 13

Coupon: 6.500%

Yield: 6.655%

Spread: +18 bps over swap or +61 bps over AGCB 5.75% June 2011

Issue price: 99.350
