Morgan Stanley launches A$850 mln 4, 10-yr bonds

SYDNEY, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley (MS.N) has launched a minimum of A$850 million ($659 million) of senior Kangaroo bonds in four- and 10-year durations, an investor looking at the offer said on Wednesday.

ANZ Investment Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Morgan Stanley are jointly managing the sale.

Pricing is expected on Friday with settlement on Feb. 22. Morgan Stanley's senior bonds are rated A+ by S&P and Aa3 by Moody's.
