RPT-China's Jinchuan takes 11 pct of nickel miner Fox

SYDNEY, Jan 9 (Reuters) - Australia's Fox Resources Ltd (FXR.AX) said Chinese nickel refiner Jinchuan Group would purchase an 11 percent equity stake in the company.

Funds from the transaction would be used for development work at Fox's nickel mining projects in Australia, it said. (Reporting by James Regan)
