ABC Learning to raise A$82.2 mln in placement

SYDNEY, June 10 (Reuters) - A.B.C. Learning Centres Ltd ABS.AX, Australia's top childcare operator, said on Tuesday it has raised A$82.2 million ($78 million) by selling new shares to Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia at A$1.15 a share.
