Australia's Roc Oil offers to buy Anzon

SYDNEY, June 16 (Reuters) - Australian oil firm Roc Oil Ltd (ROC.AX) said on Monday it has offered to buy Anzon Energy Ltd for A$2.69 a share, and will make a concurrent offer for Anzon Australia Ltd AZA.AX at A$1.65 a share. (Reporting by Jonathan Standing)
