Indonesia's Antam pays $66.5mln for Oxiana gold stake

SYDNEY, July 3 (Reuters) - Indonesia's Pt Antam Tbk (ATM.AX) (ANTM.JK) will pay $66.5 million for a 10 percent interest in Australia-listed Oxiana Ltd's OXR.AX Martabe gold and sliver mining project in North Sumatra, Oxiana said on Thursday.

Antam also has the option to acquire a further 10 percent for another $66.5 million, Oxiana said. (Reporting by James Regan)
