Australia's Incitec says plans to raise capital

SYDNEY, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Australian fertiliser maker Incitec Pivot Ltd (IPL.AX) is planning a capital raising, the company said on Tuesday.

It did not give further details in a statement to the stock exchange, requesting a halt to the trading of its shares until Friday or until it makes the announcement. (Reporting by Jonathan Standing, Editing by Mark Bendeich)
