ABN underwrites PanAust's A$142mln share issue

SYDNEY, May 29 (Reuters) - Investment bank ABN AMRO Morgans Corp has fully underwritten a A$142 million ($112 million) share issue by Australian-listed miner PanAust Ltd (PNA.AX) at A$0.28 a share, the firm said on Friday.

The stock, which is still suspended, last traded at A$0.395. ($1=1.274 Australian Dollar)
