Foreign brokers place net Japan stock buy orders

TOKYO, May 16 (Reuters) - Orders for Japanese stocks placed through 13 foreign securities houses before the start of trade on Friday showed an intention to buy a net 20 million shares, market sources said.

There were buy orders for 44.2 million shares and sell orders for 24.2 million, they said. (Reporting by Taiga Uranaka)
