TOKYO, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Panasonic maker Matsushita Electric Industrial Co Ltd (6752.T) said on Thursday it has reached a settlement with Samsung Electronics Co Ltd (005930.KS) on all their patent infringement lawsuits regarding semiconductor technology.
Matsushita also said it has formed a cross-licensing agreement with Samsung in the field of semiconductors. (Reporting by Kiyoshi Takenaka)
