T&D Holdings plans up to 120 bln yen share issue

TOKYO, Nov 5 (Reuters) - T&D Holdings Inc (8795.T), an insurance company, said on Thursday it had registered to issue up to 120 billion yen ($1.3 billion) in new shares.

Financials

The company said it planned to use the funds to repay part of its debt.

The main underwriters will include Nomura Securities (8604.T), the company said.
