Sanyo eyes 4 gigawatts solar cell capacity in 2020

SHIGA, Japan, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Japanese electronics maker Sanyo Electric Co Ltd (6764.T) said on Tuesday it aimed to boost its solar cell production capacity to 4 gigawatts a year by 2020, or about 10 percent of the global market.
