Tokyo bourse halts trade in Orix and Credit Saison

TOKYO, Aug 5 (Reuters) - The Tokyo Stock Exchange suspended trade in Orix Corp (8591.T) and consumer credit company Credit Saison (8253.T) from 2320 GMT on Tuesday.

Financial sources close to the matter told Reuters earlier that Orix, Japan's largest leasing company, and Credit Saison were in merger talks. ($1=108.20 Yen) (Reporting by Aiko Hayashi)
