TABLE-Foreigners net Japan stock sellers last week

 Tokyo, July 3 (Reuters) - Foreign investors sold a net 516.3
billion yen ($4.88 billion) of Japanese stocks last week after
six straight weeks of purchases, capital flows data released by
Japan's Ministry of Finance showed on Thursday.
 Details of net investments were as follows (in billion yen):
  FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN JAPAN: (net)

  June 22-28    -516.3           -422.1           1282.3
  June 15-21      34.2          -1333.2r          -382.4r
  JAPANESE INVESTMENT ABROAD: (a minus sign indicates net selling
and inflow of funds into Japan)

  June 15-21      17.7r          -224.9r            25.3
  Note:
 - "r" notes revised figure
 - As of January 2005, the ministry changed its calculation
methods for weekly capital flows to match its Balance of Payments
figures and previous data are not directly comparable.
 - Bonds include beneficiary certificates.
 - Figures are based on contracts and are rounded.
